Accountant – Finance Team (Riyadh)

About the role

We are seeking an Accountant to join our finance team in Riyadh. This early‑career position offers hands‑on exposure to the full accounting cycle, from journal entries to month‑end closing, with mentorship from senior finance staff.

Key responsibilities

• Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger in SAP.
• Process supplier invoices, payments and employee expense claims.
• Issue customer invoices and follow up on collections.
• Perform bank, supplier and customer reconciliations.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Assist in preparing VAT returns and ensure ZATCA e‑invoicing (Fatoora) compliance.
• Support external audit requests and documentation.
• Prepare reports and analysis as assigned by the finance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals (IFRS basics, debits and credits, reconciliations).
• Strong Excel skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Interest in pursuing a professional certification such as SOCPA, CMA or ACCA.
