Architect – Saudi National

About the role

Parsons is seeking a talented Saudi‑national Architect to join its team. You will work independently on a variety of architectural assignments, delivering innovative and code‑compliant design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct architectural studies, develop design concepts and criteria, and prepare related reports.
• Review CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and presentation materials.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, regulations and client requirements.
• Prepare construction specifications, material and equipment requisitions, and coordinate with suppliers.
• Coordinate architectural work with engineering and construction teams throughout project execution.
• Review, approve, and issue detailed design and construction drawings and specifications.
• Provide technical guidance to Architectural Designers and Drafters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of architectural design experience.
• Professional architect registration/license.
• Strong understanding of building systems integration, construction methods and documentation standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CAD/BIM software, specifically Revit and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations and permitting processes.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary consultants (structural, MEP, specialty).
