Associate HR Analyst

About the role

Eram Talent, a recruitment consultancy covering sectors such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Infrastructure, Water, Transportation, Science & Technology and Health Care, is looking for a detail-oriented Associate HR Analyst in Dhahran. The role collects, analyzes and interprets HR data to support HR strategy and decisions on talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management and organizational development.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze HR metrics such as recruitment, employee engagement, retention and performance management
• Prepare reports and dashboards for HR leadership
• Help identify areas for improvement and recommend actions
• Support HR surveys and ensure data integrity
• Gather data with other departments and maintain HR metric records
• Help develop and implement HR analytics tools and systems

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in HR, data analysis or a related function; fresh graduates with strong analytical or organizational experience are encouraged to apply
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented, organized and proactive

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Familiarity with HR systems or ERP platforms (e.g. SAP, Oracle) is a plus
• Familiarity with Compensation and Benefits support
