Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Saudi Arabia

About the role

The large Gulf‑based contracting group is looking for a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead its Saudi Arabian operations. This senior leader will own the P&L, drive revenue growth, and strengthen relationships with key government and corporate stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall strategy, operations and growth plan for the Saudi business.
• Own the organization’s P&L, ensuring revenue expansion, profitability and strong financial performance.
• Build and deepen relationships with ministries, giga‑projects, sovereign wealth funds, major corporations and other government‑related entities.
• Oversee large‑scale projects, operational performance and execution across the organization.
• Lead, develop and inspire large, high‑performing teams and senior leadership functions.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the Saudi market.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory and business environment.
• Drive operational efficiency initiatives that improve EBITDA and overall profitability.

Required profile

• 20+ years of professional experience with at least 5 years in a CEO, Managing Director, General Manager or Country Head role.
• Proven track record of operating, leading and scaling businesses in Saudi Arabia, especially in government contracting and large‑scale projects.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve double‑digit revenue growth and improve EBITDA.
• Strong network of senior government and corporate relationships across KSA.
• MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Management or a related field.
