About the role
We are seeking motivated Customer Service Agents to join the MARN (Flexible Work) Program and support airport operations. The role focuses on delivering a seamless and professional experience for passengers throughout their journey.
Key responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check‑in, boarding, and flight‑related inquiries.
- Provide accurate information on airport services, security procedures, and flight status.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a courteous manner.
- Collaborate with airport staff to ensure safety and service standards are met.
- Maintain clear records of passenger interactions and feedback.
Required profile
- Saudi national with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Professional demeanor and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
