Customer Service & LinkedIn Page Specialist

About the role

TRAP Pest Control is looking for a Customer Service and LinkedIn Page Specialist in Jeddah. The role combines handling customer enquiries across several channels with managing the company's LinkedIn page.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries by phone, email, WhatsApp and social channels, identify their needs and give accurate information about the company's services.
• Handle complaints in real time and follow them through to full resolution.
• Process service requests, orders and forms, and coordinate with the operations and sales teams.
• Log all customer interactions, transactions and feedback in the CRM, and escalate recurring issues to management with clear documentation.
• Publish and schedule regular posts according to the content calendar and brand guidelines, and reply to comments and messages on the LinkedIn page.
• Rout business enquiries received on LinkedIn to the sales team and track follow-up.
• Monitor page performance (followers, reach, engagement) and share a monthly report, while engaging with industry content to grow visibility.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a B2B or service company.
• Hands-on experience managing a company LinkedIn page.
• Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple channels at once, and to stay calm and empathetic with different customers.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools; Odoo is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; basic Canva skills are a plus.
• Strong phone handling, active listening and problem-solving skills.
