Finance Manager – Strategic Financial Leadership

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the company’s financial operations, ensuring robust financial management, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning. Reporting to the CEO/CFO, this senior position supports executive decision‑making with insightful financial analysis and drives operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor performance against budget.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity and working capital to maintain financial stability.
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll and treasury functions.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations (ZATCA, VAT, Corporate Income Tax) and IFRS standards.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and resolve audit findings.
• Design, implement and monitor financial policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting and profitability assessments to support strategic decisions.
• Identify financial risks and propose mitigation measures.
• Manage banking relationships and negotiate financing arrangements.
• Monitor key financial KPIs and recommend continuous improvements.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team.
• Collaborate with department heads to optimise costs and improve performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Professional certification such as SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, CMA or CFA highly preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Saudi national.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial organisations is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Saudi financial regulations.
