Financial Analyst – Strategic Business Insights

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Analyst who will turn numbers into strategic business decisions. The role involves providing financial insights, building robust models, and supporting leaders with data‑driven recommendations to drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning and investment decisions.
• Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts, and conduct variance analysis.
• Analyse revenue, operating costs, gross margins and profitability across business units.
• Monitor financial performance, identify trends, risks and growth opportunities.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing with analysis and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Corporate Finance or a similar role.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA or ICAEW are highly preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
