Financial Reporting Accountant (FRA)

About the role

The FRA Accountant supports financial accounting, reporting and compliance across the organization. You will maintain accurate books, ensure internal controls are followed and deliver timely financial reports while collaborating with local and regional finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update books of accounts in SAP and Excel, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Verify day‑to‑day transactions such as supplier payments and employee claims.
• Prepare internal and external financial reports, including actuals, budgets, forecasts and cash‑flow statements.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, AFCM, local tax regulations and support audit documentation.
• Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations for banks, fixed assets, suppliers and other items.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, supporting distributor‑related A/R and A/P activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (KSA FRA team, Head of FRA, Head of Finance, BPA, regional finance teams).
• Contribute to continuous improvement and automation of financial processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting, auditing or financial processes, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Professional certification in Accounting or Auditing is a plus.
• Proven track record in financial controls and process improvement.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
