About the role

The Financial Reporting & Analysis Senior Specialist is responsible for preparing accurate financial reports, conducting detailed financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with IFRS and VAT regulations. The role supports budgeting, forecasting, and month‑end/year‑end closing activities while maintaining data integrity in ERP systems.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
• Conduct financial analysis and variance reporting to support management decisions.
• Ensure timely and accurate VAT filing and compliance with local tax regulations.
• Support monthly and yearly closing processes.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Maintain financial data accuracy in ERP systems.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Improve reporting processes and financial controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4–6 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and VAT regulations.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
