Internal Audit Manager – Risk Consulting (Riyadh)

About the role

PwC’s Risk Consulting practice is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to join its Riyadh team. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor, leading audit engagements that assess compliance, financial and operational controls for a diverse client base across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal audit engagements covering compliance, financial and operational areas, ensuring delivery within budget and timelines.
• Identify key risks, define audit approaches and evaluate client control frameworks, systems and regulations.
• Assess design and operating effectiveness of internal controls and recommend process improvements.
• Support clients in strengthening internal control maturity and developing audit and risk management strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand engagements.
• Lead engagement teams, manage client communications and provide coaching and feedback to junior staff.
• Prepare audit findings, assess impacts and deliver practical recommendations.
• Provide on‑ground support for implementing clients’ internal audit plans and functions.
