IT Specialist – Junior to Mid‑Level (Saudi National)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Information Technology Specialist to provide day‑to‑day technical operations and user support across the organization. The position blends help‑desk assistance, system administration, and web platform management for a Saudi‑national workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve IT support tickets promptly.
• Handle user account administration, including password resets and access permissions.
• Provide email support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 delivery and configuration issues.
• Monitor and remediate website security concerns on platforms such as GoDaddy and 101domain.
• Support and maintain the Odoo ERP system, including user troubleshooting and basic configuration.
• Coordinate with external vendors and hosting providers for escalations.
• Maintain basic network health and office connectivity.
• Set up hardware and software for new and existing staff.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on IT support experience.
• Ability to read and write in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with web‑hosting platforms (e.g., GoDaddy, 101domain).
• Familiarity with Odoo or other ERP systems.
• Network troubleshooting and connectivity monitoring.
• Hardware and software installation and configuration.
