Live-In Neonatal / Pediatric Registered Nurse (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Neonatal / Pediatric Registered Nurse to provide dedicated clinical care for a medically complex newborn transitioning home after a prolonged NICU stay and major surgery. This is a full‑time, live‑in position with a private family, and candidates from general caregiving backgrounds will not be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver specialized neonatal nursing care following the hospital discharge plan and physician instructions.
• Monitor the infant’s health, respiratory status, feeding tolerance, medications, and overall recovery.
• Perform colostomy and stoma care, wound care, and postoperative monitoring.
• Administer medications accurately, maintain detailed clinical records, and support feeding with aspiration precautions.
• Maintain strict infection‑control standards and coordinate with parents, doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Respond appropriately to neonatal emergencies within the professional scope.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a minimum of 5 years neonatal or pediatric nursing experience.
• At least 2 years recent hands‑on NICU experience (Level III/IV preferred).
• Experience caring for postoperative or medically complex newborns, including colostomy/stoma care.
• Infant CPR & Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• DHA/DOH license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong English communication skills, non‑smoker, and willing to live with the family in Saudi Arabia.
