Project Manager – Entertainment Districts

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of large‑scale entertainment district projects across Saudi Arabia. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from concept design through construction, commissioning and handover, ensuring alignment with safety, schedule, budget and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of assigned projects, coordinating infrastructure, transportation, utilities and residential components.
• Develop and maintain detailed execution plans, schedules and roadmaps using recognized planning tools.
• Manage day‑to‑day project activities, monitor milestones and ensure integration with the master program.
• Support cost management, including estimating, budgeting, cost control and financial forecasting.
• Implement risk and issue management processes, tracking mitigation actions and reporting status.
• Coordinate with design consultants, engineers and technical specialists to verify constructability and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee construction delivery, site logistics, sequencing and interface management between contractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor contractor performance, enforce safety, quality and environmental standards, and recommend corrective actions.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and produce clear project reports, dashboards and presentations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale development projects, preferably in entertainment or mixed‑use environments.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, transportation and utilities integration.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.

Required skills

• Project planning and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) – if explicitly mentioned.
