Project & Order Management Team Lead (Saudi Nationals)

About the role

The Project & Order Management Team Lead will guide a dedicated team in executing project and order management activities for gas turbine and compressor assembly, packaging, and testing. This role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards while supporting Saudi national talent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team responsible for project and order management across Power Generation, Oil & Gas, and Petrochemicals sectors.
• Coordinate cross‑functional and cross‑border matrix teams to meet key performance indicators such as safety, delivery time, revenue, cost and margin.
• Manage the full project lifecycle: planning, risk mitigation, budget control, compliance with HR, EHS and QMS policies, and stakeholder communication.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Drive a culture of safety, inclusiveness and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of proven project management experience, including technical, commercial and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of international standards and industry norms.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, solve problems and influence decisions across diverse cultures.
