Revenue Assurance Lead Specialist

About the role

The Revenue Assurance Lead Specialist will guide the development and oversight of revenue assessment models and dashboards for ZATCA. Working autonomously with minimal direction, the role supports the financial committee and operations leadership in making informed revenue decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, tools, and frameworks to detect revenue trends and leakages across Zakat, Tax and Customs streams.
• Consolidate, analyse and report revenue data (daily to annual) for approval, highlighting performance, variances and recommendations.
• Design financial metrics, KPIs and assessment models to evaluate the impact of outstanding debt, un‑submitted declarations and other revenue factors.
• Collaborate with business units to validate reports, provide guidance on revenue models and address operational issues affecting revenue.
• Train junior staff, ensure adherence to policies and SOPs, and escalate complex problems as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Advanced competency in strategic planning, data analytics and project management.
• Proficiency in policy making, collaboration, and results‑oriented execution.
