Senior Audit & Assurance Professional (Saudi National)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Saudi national to join its Audit & Assurance practice as a Senior. You will work with a diverse set of clients, helping them navigate regulatory requirements and improve their risk management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Build trust and credibility with stakeholders by understanding service expectations.
• Deliver high‑quality audit services while considering regulatory and risk‑management impacts.
• Analyse key statistics and industry data before engagements begin.
• Adapt referral instructions to clearly define audit scope and focus areas.
• Understand group audit structures and coordinate with on‑shore and off‑shore Centres of Excellence.
• Track deliverables from component auditors and assess their relevance.
• Link risks, controls, procedures and findings across the audit file in a timely manner.
• Articulate audit quality milestones and ensure they are met.
• Prepare documentation that anticipates reviewer questions and distinguishes accounting from audit judgments.

Required profile

• Saudi national with several years of audit experience.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk‑management concepts.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude toward identifying audit scope and timing challenges.
