Software Operator – Full‑time

About the role

Our client, a leading technology solutions company in Jeddah, is seeking a Software Operator to ensure the reliable operation, monitoring and maintenance of its software applications. The role is full‑time and open only to Saudi nationals, offering the chance to work closely with technical teams to keep critical systems running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor software applications and operational processes on a daily basis.
• Perform routine system checks, operational activities and support software deployments.
• Troubleshoot and, when necessary, escalate software‑related incidents.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve incidents and improve system performance.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and service standards.
• Provide user support and assistance as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in software operations or enterprise application support.
• Familiarity with software monitoring and operational procedures.
