About the role

The Store Manager will lead the Yves Saint Laurent beauty boutique at Westfield Mall in Jeddah, driving business performance, achieving sales targets and building a loyal VIP clientele.

Key responsibilities

Drive store sales and meet or exceed revenue targets.
Recruit, retain and nurture VIP customers through personalized clienteling.
Lead, coach and develop the sales team to deliver exceptional service.
Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines and store processes.
Utilize CRM tools to manage client relationships and sales data.

Required profile

Proven experience managing and developing a sales team.
Strong business acumen with a track record of meeting sales goals.
Expertise in clienteling and using CRM systems.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
In‑depth knowledge of luxury beauty trends and styling.
