About the role
The Store Manager will lead the Yves Saint Laurent beauty boutique at Westfield Mall in Jeddah, driving business performance, achieving sales targets and building a loyal VIP clientele.
Key responsibilities
- Drive store sales and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Recruit, retain and nurture VIP customers through personalized clienteling.
- Lead, coach and develop the sales team to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines and store processes.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage client relationships and sales data.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing and developing a sales team.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of meeting sales goals.
- Expertise in clienteling and using CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- In‑depth knowledge of luxury beauty trends and styling.
