Teacher Assistant - Healthcare (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Eram Talent is recruiting a Teacher Assistant for its client in Saudi Arabia, based in Dhahran. The role supports educators and helps create an engaging, productive classroom atmosphere. It is an on-site position within the SMP department.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering lessons
• Support students in learning activities, individually and in groups
• Supervise students during class, recess and transitions
• Prepare classroom materials and resources as directed
• Monitor and document student progress and give feedback to the teacher
• Maintain a clean and organised classroom
• Communicate with students, parents and staff
• Take part in staff meetings and professional development
• Follow school policies and uphold a positive learning environment

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field preferred; a high school diploma with relevant experience is also considered
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Previous experience as a healthcare facilitator in an educational setting is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, patience and empathy for students
• Organised, detail-oriented and adaptable in a dynamic classroom
