About the role
We are looking for an Account Manager to drive promotion of our products and services through strategic partnerships and effective sales initiatives. The role focuses on expanding our presence in the assigned territory by building strong relationships with both new and existing channels.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement the strategy and roadmap for the assigned product/service line in alignment with management.
- Lead partner relations and ensure alignment with company strategy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing channels/clients to grow sales.
- Build and maintain a solid channel/customer database, analyze data and develop metrics for loyalty and opportunities.
- Conduct market research and on‑site visits to specify market requirements for current and future offerings.
- Execute and supervise the full sales cycle from quotation to collection, tracking credit and payment performance.
- Generate long‑term revenue and profitability for the product/service line.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and market development reports.
- Oversee targeted programs and marketing activities, monitor progress and provide recommendations.
- Promote the company and its services within the region.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in account management or sales.
