Accounting and Tax Administration Specialist

About the role
This position is responsible for managing day‑to‑day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with local tax regulations. The role serves as the primary contact for bookkeeping, tax compliance, and liaison with tax authorities.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain general and subsidiary ledgers, handle accounts payable/receivable, and process payroll.
- Prepare periodic financial reports, monthly closings, and annual statements in line with local and global standards.
- Calculate, issue invoices and bills, and reconcile bank accounts.
- Support month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end closing activities, including deferred tax calculations and reconciliations.
- Provide audit support and liaise with internal/external auditors and regulatory authorities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- Up to 3‑4 years of experience in a multinational or project‑based environment.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- SAP FI, SAP CO and SAP PS modules.
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and overall Office suite.
