Architectural Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Architectural Engineer to assist in developing concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed construction drawings for real‑estate development, hospitality, and mixed‑use projects. The role involves close collaboration with internal engineering, MEP, structural, and project management teams to ensure design integrity and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed construction drawings.
• Prepare and review design packages, tender documentation, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, MEP, structural, project management) to maintain design integrity.
• Review consultants’ drawings for compliance with project standards and codes.
• Support preparation of submissions for authority approvals and permitting processes.
• Participate in coordination and design review meetings with consultants and stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, verify adherence to design intent, and resolve construction‑related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in architectural design, preferably within real‑estate development, hospitality, or mixed‑use projects.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with Revit.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Knowledge of visualization and presentation tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Lumion.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination processes.
