P&G LEADgen Internship 2027 (Jeddah)

About the role

The P&G LEADgen Internship is a flagship program for current bachelor's or master's students who have not yet completed their degree and want to grow as leaders. It is open to all fields of study, and candidates choose the department they are interested in during the application. Departments covered include Sales/Commercial, Marketing/Media, Supply Network Operations, Finance & Accounting and Human Resources. The internship is full time, and successful interns may be considered for full-time employment after completing their degree.

Key responsibilities

• Work on a live business project that you own, lead and deliver from day one
• Receive continuous coaching and mentoring from P&G leaders, including formal training and day-to-day guidance from your manager
• Interact daily with colleagues from different backgrounds and markets, improving your marketing knowledge and management abilities

Required profile

• Currently studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any major
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic
