Senior Manager - Digital Commerce Media Specialist

About the role

P&G is looking for a Senior Manager - Digital Commerce Media Specialist to lead end-to-end media strategy, planning, execution and optimization for P&G brands in Saudi Arabia. The role works closely with brand teams, agencies, retailers and regional media hubs to deliver data-driven digital communication across all media touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual and quarterly media strategies aligned with brand priorities, consumer insights and market dynamics
• Lead full-funnel media planning across search, DSP and retail media platforms
• Own performance marketing strategy, including KPI setting, optimization frameworks and ROI delivery
• Analyze media performance, generate insights and turn data into actionable recommendations
• Manage media agencies and ensure excellence in planning, buying, reporting and innovation
• Partner with brand, commercial, retailer and regional teams for integrated communication
• Oversee media budgets, ensure financial stewardship and maximize ROI
• Drive test-and-learn initiatives across new formats, platforms and audiences
• Ensure compliance with P&G media guidelines, brand safety standards and measurement frameworks

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• 3-7 years of media experience, ideally in FMCG, digital agencies or performance-driven organizations
• Proven expertise in digital media planning, performance marketing and data-driven optimization
• Experience managing large media budgets and delivering measurable business impact
• Experience leading media agencies and cross-functional teams

Required skills

• Programmatic platforms, social ads managers, search tools and measurement dashboards
• Strong understanding of Saudi consumer behavior, media platforms and local market dynamics
