Business Development Executive – Events

About the role

The Business Development Executive – Events will focus on generating high‑quality leads for event, activation and brand experience projects. You will act as the first point of contact with major corporations, semi‑government entities and private sector organisations, turning relationships into qualified business opportunities for the agency.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients for events, activations and brand experience projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers, procurement teams and strategic partners.
• Generate qualified leads and new commercial opportunities across the Saudi market.
• Attend industry events, networking functions and business meetings to expand the agency’s footprint.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations and pitches.
• Support negotiations and assist in closing deals.
• Monitor market trends, upcoming projects, tenders and opportunities.
• Represent the agency professionally in all client‑facing situations.

Required profile

• Established business network within Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in events, marketing, experiential or agency environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (preferred).
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and commercially focused.
• Good understanding of the Saudi events and entertainment market.
