Regional Sales Manager – Middle East

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the development and maintenance of our Middle East market for Hi‑Road Food Technology. The role focuses on expanding market presence, managing dealer relationships, and achieving sales targets for our bakery and catering ingredient portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and select distributors and partners, negotiate contracts, and drive regional market growth.
• Implement marketing strategies, organize brand promotion activities and public‑relations events.
• Manage relationships with distributors and customers, propose improvements, and optimize processes, products, and services.
• Provide training support to distributors and customers.
• Collect and analyse competitor information and market dynamics.
• Establish and maintain distributor and customer archives, evaluate agent performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and other companies on related business matters.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of baking products or experience in bakery operation and production.
• More than 5 years of sales experience in the non‑dairy whip topping or related baking‑ingredient industry within the Middle East market.
• Ability to handle stress and travel frequently.
• Proficiency in using Office software.

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
