Business Development Manager – Industrial Fabrication

About the role

Pacific Hitech Arabian Company Ltd., a leading manufacturer of industrial fabrication solutions in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across the Kingdom’s construction, industrial and infrastructure markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout KSA, targeting hospitals, commercial projects, infrastructure and industrial power sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, MEP consultants, project managers, procurement heads and developers.
• Represent the company at project sites, client meetings and industry events.
• Collaborate with technical and production teams to design and deliver tailored fabricated solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through contract negotiation and closure.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and upcoming project pipelines.

Required profile

• 7–8 years of business development or sales experience in construction, metal fabrication, structural steel or related industrial sectors.
• Established local network of key decision‑makers in KSA.
• Proven track record of winning contracts and growing revenue.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of fabricated products such as cable trays, structural steel, piping systems, drainage and handrails.
