Capital Projects & Infrastructure Management Consultant (Riyadh)

About the role

Efficio is seeking a Capital Projects & Infrastructure Management Consultant to join its Riyadh CP&I team. You will advise and deliver capital project programmes, working closely with commercial and procurement leaders to create value‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with commercial and procurement leaders to design and implement capital project and programme solutions.
• Review and optimise operating models, systems, processes and ways of working.
• Identify cost‑transformation opportunities and develop strategies to realise benefits.
• Collect, analyse and interpret client data to support solution development.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, secure buy‑in and influence outcomes.
• Plan and execute agreed strategies, ensuring delivery and advisory objectives are met.
• Communicate complex issues clearly to diverse audiences.
• Contribute to best‑in‑class methodologies, thought‑leadership and intellectual capital.
• Participate in recruiting junior consultants.

Required profile

• Strong communication, empathy and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, innovative mindset with solid analytical and creative problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in a leading management consultancy or a relevant industry role.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
