About the role
EVA Pharma, a pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving health and well-being, is looking for a Compliance Support Specialist to join its team. The role contributes to meeting the highest standards of excellence in the industry through compliance monitoring of commercial activities.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular field audits of commercial activities, including HCP visits, promotional events, cycle meetings and new launches.
- Monitor the distribution, use and storage of promotional materials in line with company strategy and policies.
- Identify areas of risk and improvement and deliver solutions based on live monitoring.
- Audit digital tools and platforms, including sales trends and field force visits.
- Audit third-party and vendor partners involved in commercial operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical field auditing.
- Strong analytical, observation and reporting skills.
- High ethical standards, attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
