Senior Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst

About the role

EVA Pharma, a pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving health and well-being, is looking for a Senior Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst to join its team. The role focuses on measuring and improving sales force performance through data analysis, reporting and CRM optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement KPIs to measure and improve sales force effectiveness, and provide ongoing analysis to boost sales productivity, customer engagement and operational efficiency.
• Analyse sales performance using Power BI, Excel, CRM platforms and IQVIA data, and generate insights that support strategic decisions.
• Standardise reporting across regions, monitor key metrics, identify trends and recommend improvements to commercial operations.
• Improve CRM adoption by optimising customer segmentation, engagement tracking and digital touchpoints so sales teams use CRM tools effectively.
• Work with marketing, finance and sales leadership to align SFE strategy with business goals and support commercial models that optimise market coverage and resource allocation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, Commercial Excellence or Business Analytics, preferably in pharma or healthcare.
• Background in pharmaceutical sales operations, market research, performance tracking or business intelligence.
• Ability to work in a regional role supporting multiple markets.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to turn complex data into clear business insights.
