Construction Manager – Riyadh (Saudi National)

About the role

Egis is seeking an experienced Construction Manager who is a Saudi national to lead construction projects in Riyadh. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise all construction activities on assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures and implement cost‑control measures.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety and Saudi building codes.
• Identify risks, develop contingency plans and take corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders and progress reports.
• Communicate with clients, government authorities and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure alignment.

Required profile

• Saudi national with proven experience as a Construction Manager.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Commitment to operational excellence in a fast‑paced construction environment.
• Ability to mentor and develop on‑site teams.
