Datacenter Manager – Jeddah

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Datacenter Manager to lead the operation, maintenance, and optimisation of our bank’s datacenter infrastructure in Jeddah. The role ensures high availability, performance, and security of all datacenter services while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day datacenter operations, including servers, storage, and network components.
• Plan, design, and implement infrastructure upgrades and expansions.
• Develop and execute disaster recovery and business continuity procedures.
• Enforce security policies and ensure compliance with regulations such as SAMA and AML/CTF.
• Monitor performance, analyse logs, and optimise systems to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of datacenter engineers and administrators.
• Collaborate with IT operations, security teams, and business stakeholders for seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of datacenter management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale datacenter environments within a financial institution.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of servers, storage, and networking hardware.
• Advanced certifications such as VMware, Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA (preferred).
• Experience with cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
• Expertise in datacenter performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimisation.
• Deep understanding of datacenter security, access control, and regulatory compliance.
