Delivery Project Director – Large‑Scale Projects

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an accomplished Delivery Project Director to lead the execution of large‑scale development projects. You will be responsible for steering projects from inception to completion while ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and sustainability objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver complex projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule and budget.
• Manage and mentor multidisciplinary project teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Engage with contractors, consultants, government agencies and senior leadership to maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Develop and implement delivery strategies, methodologies and risk‑mitigation plans.
• Monitor performance, identify issues and apply corrective actions to protect timelines, costs and quality.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular status reports and presentations to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 12 years of progressive project delivery experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale projects on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Experience working in the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia.
