Elevator Installation Technician (Saudi National)

About the role

The Elevator Installation Technician is responsible for the safe and efficient mechanical installation of elevators, as well as welding structural steel components and performing repair work on lifts and escalators. You will work closely with installation and maintenance teams to resolve snags and ensure all work meets the highest quality, health, safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform mechanical installation of elevators and related equipment.
• Carry out welding tasks on mild steel structural elements.
• Assist installation and maintenance crews in troubleshooting and rectifying snags.
• Execute repair work on lifts and escalators.
• Support material unloading and stacking activities.
• Follow QHSE and asset‑management system guidelines and report any incidents immediately.

Required profile

• Diploma, graduate or ITI trade qualification in a relevant mechanical or engineering field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in elevator installation and repair.
• Good knowledge of QHSE protocols and asset‑management procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.
