Finance Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our Food & Beverage business. You will be responsible for planning, budgeting, reporting, cost control, cash‑flow management and ensuring compliance while supporting strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Monitor financial performance, analyse variances and recommend actions to improve profitability.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships and working‑capital requirements.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process and provide variance analysis.
• Control food and beverage costs, inventory levels and operational expenses; review menu profitability and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies and local regulations; coordinate internal and external audits.
• Develop and maintain effective internal controls and financial procedures.
• Lead, coach and develop the finance team; provide strategic insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CMA or ACCA preferred.
• 7‑10 years of finance and accounting experience, preferably in Food & Beverage, hospitality or related sectors.
• Proven track record in managing food and beverage cost, inventory controls and operational finance.
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication abilities.
