Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Finance Manager to lead our finance function and support the company’s growth. The role combines strategic insight, regulatory compliance, and team leadership in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all finance and accounting operations.
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow management.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, WHT, Zakat and other applicable regulations.
• Strengthen internal controls and coordinate internal and external audit activities.
• Manage banking relationships, treasury activities, and working‑capital optimisation.
• Prepare financial feasibility studies and support investment and business‑planning initiatives.
• Develop, mentor and continuously improve the Finance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; professional certification (SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Previous experience in the Healthcare or Distribution sector is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Solid understanding of VAT, WHT and Zakat regulations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills.
