Financial Insights Team Leader

About the role

The Financial Insights Team Leader will drive the monitoring and analysis of operational and financial performance across Riyad Bank’s operations. This role assesses the effectiveness of implemented solutions, identifies performance gaps, and delivers actionable insights that support operational efficiency, service quality, and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor operational and financial performance indicators across all business units.
• Track the effectiveness of initiatives, solutions, and operational improvements.
• Analyze trends, productivity, transaction volumes, and cost‑related metrics.
• Provide actionable recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Develop performance‑monitoring frameworks and reporting methodologies.
• Engage with process owners and business stakeholders to understand performance drivers and challenges.
• Support team members in performance monitoring, reporting, and analysis activities.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement opportunities for processes and practices.
• Assist in preparing timely and accurate reports in line with Riyad Bank’s standards.
• Comply with safety, quality, and environmental policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management Information Systems.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in banking operations, performance management, and data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong understanding of KPIs and reporting frameworks.
