Fitness Trainer (Corporate Wellness)

About the role

Haraakah, a leading sports events management agency in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a full‑time Fitness Trainer to join its on‑site team in Riyadh. You will lead group exercise sessions, deliver personalized training, and support the company’s corporate wellness initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead diverse group exercise classes and small‑group fitness training sessions.
• Design, adapt, and deliver workout programs for varying fitness levels.
• Prepare training spaces, demonstrate exercises, and monitor participant safety.
• Provide feedback, encouragement, and clear instruction on safe exercise techniques.
• Collaborate with the Haraakah team to create engaging sports and wellness experiences during events and ongoing programs.
• Interact with clients and participants to ensure an inclusive, professional environment aligned with the company’s mission.

Required profile

• Strong experience in group exercise and fitness instruction.
• Relevant fitness certifications (e.g., personal training, group exercise).
• Practical knowledge of current best practices in the fitness industry.
• Excellent customer‑service skills and ability to represent the brand professionally.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
