Head of Finance – FinTech

About the role

The company is a leading large‑scale fintech organization seeking a Head of Finance to steer daily financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic insights that support sustainable growth in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all daily financial functions including accounting, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and treasury.
• Develop and maintain financial forecasting models, annual budgets, and long‑term growth plans.
• Ensure strict adherence to Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regulations and local KSA compliance standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, credit, and market risks within the fintech ecosystem.
• Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports and actionable metrics to the Finance Director.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing finance team while optimizing the fintech software stack.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Required profile

• Senior finance professional with extensive experience in the fintech sector.
• Deep knowledge of SAMA regulations and KSA compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to scale financial operations, manage risk, and drive automation.
