Head of Finance

About the role

The Head of Finance will act as the strategic leader of the finance function, aligning financial planning, analysis and reporting with the company’s growth objectives. Reporting to executive leadership, this role drives performance through rigorous analysis, long‑term strategy and robust governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a diverse finance team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Develop and execute long‑term financial strategies that support the organization’s vision.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and multi‑year financial projections.
• Ensure accurate, transparent financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, regulators and other external stakeholders.
• Direct cash‑flow management, capital allocation and investment initiatives.
• Drive finance transformation projects, including process automation and system upgrades.
• Lead M&A activities, from due diligence to post‑integration.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience in complex, multinational environments.
• Proven track record in FP&A, financial reporting and statutory compliance.
• Experience delivering finance transformation and automation initiatives.
• Strong background in financial risk management, capital markets and M&A.
• Relevant professional certifications (CPA, CFA or equivalent) highly preferred.
