HR Specialist (6‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and passionate HR Specialist to join the HR team of LVMH Fashion Group ME for a six‑month contract. Based in Riyadh, you will support the Saudi Arabian retail workforce and report directly to the Head of HR.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR advice and support on employee relations, disciplinary, grievance and capability processes.
• Lead performance, career and compensation review cycles for the region.
• Prepare and submit monthly and annual HR reports, maintain employee profiles in the LVMH talent system and ensure data accuracy.
• Manage recruitment for the Saudi market, build talent pools, and support onboarding and induction.
• Oversee probation periods, commission reviews, payroll inputs and organisational chart updates.

Required profile

• Saudi Arabian nationality (legal requirement for KSA).
• Strong knowledge of Saudi employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to act as an ambassador for LVMH values.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive approach to talent acquisition and employee support.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS – specifically the LVMH talent system.
