IT IoT Section Head – Lead Smart Technology Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT IoT Section Head to lead our IoT operations and infrastructure. The role will ensure system stability, connectivity, security and reliable service delivery across our smart technology platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage IoT operations and technical teams.
• Oversee IoT architecture, device management, and system integrations.
• Manage network infrastructure, troubleshooting, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Monitor system performance, dashboards, and cybersecurity practices.
• Coordinate with vendors and support operational improvement initiatives.
• Ensure smooth API integrations, database connectivity, and analytics reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in IoT, IT infrastructure or technical operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven problem‑solving and project coordination skills.
• Experience managing vendor relationships.
