IT Production Manager

About the role

The IT Production Manager is responsible for monitoring and supporting existing applications and infrastructure to minimise unplanned system failures that could disrupt business activities. This role ensures the stability, availability and security of the bank’s IT services while driving continuous improvement and project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects involving new technologies across system infrastructure, applications and databases to ensure timely implementation.
• Supervise administration of systems to guarantee service availability for internal and external customers.
• Design and implement disaster recovery procedures and backup strategies for critical systems and data.
• Manage a team in troubleshooting incidents and restoring services.
• Oversee network infrastructure projects (voice, digital, security) and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Supervise installation, maintenance and optimisation of network and security appliances.
• Conduct periodic security reviews of system and application access.
• Plan and implement service monitoring, automation and performance‑capacity management.
• Provide regular system status reports to senior management.
• Ensure production tasks (batches, operational jobs) run on schedule and respond promptly to alerts.
• Adhere to AML/CTF policies and relevant banking regulations.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of relevant IT experience, including at least 3 years in managerial roles within a financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of banking IT production environments.
