About the role

The Last Mile Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the final‑stage delivery network, ensuring efficient service quality and high customer satisfaction across multiple regions in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of last‑mile delivery activities.
• Provide business operations support and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Identify and resolve issues, driving continuous improvement.
• Lead training and development initiatives for staff.
• Monitor service quality and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Highly responsible, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent market development capabilities and strategic thinking.
• Results‑driven project management experience.
• High execution standards and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Data analysis, processing, and report writing.
