Logistics Officer – First, Mid & Last Mile Operations

About the role

The Logistics Officer will lead Floward’s end‑to‑end logistics operations, covering first‑mile, mid‑mile and last‑mile activities across multiple regions. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cost‑effective shipment execution, meet service level agreements, and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispatch planning and execution for first, mid and last‑mile logistics.
• Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to maintain smooth shipment flow and delivery scheduling.
• Manage logistics partners, monitor KPIs (OTD, damage rate, complaints) and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate logistics documentation and ensure compliance with domestic and international regulations.
• Track inventory movements, update ERP in real time, and reconcile data with warehouse records.
• Resolve delivery exceptions, analyse recurring issues and propose process improvements.
• Generate periodic KPI reports and provide insights to reduce costs and improve delivery performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, shipping coordination or supply chain operations.
• Hands‑on experience with first‑, mid‑ and last‑mile delivery management and GCC cross‑border shipping.
