NCS Engineer – Engineering Solutions & Project Management

About the role

Yokogawa is seeking an NCS Engineer to support the design, testing, and implementation of engineering solutions across its global operations. The role combines technical engineering work with project coordination, contract management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop engineering solutions, including feasibility testing and data validation.
• Assist in drafting engineering standards and specifications under senior guidance.
• Conduct inspections of engineering works and existing installations, recommending remedial actions.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, acting as the primary contact within a contract management plan.
• Identify and address process shortcomings using change‑management programs.
• Support knowledge‑management systems and provide guidance to colleagues.
• Participate in product or solution development activities, analysing customer needs.
• Work within established project‑management plans to achieve defined goals.
• Develop personal capabilities through training, coaching, and professional accreditation.

Required profile

• Engineering background with experience in solution design, standards, or inspections.
• Ability to work under supervision and collaborate with senior engineers.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to regulatory compliance.
