About the role
We are seeking a highly organized Office Manager/Executive Assistant to serve as the right hand to the CEO of a fast‑growing manufacturing startup. This position goes beyond traditional administrative duties and requires a proactive partner who can support both operational and strategic aspects of the business.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the CEO’s trusted advisor and primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, including planning, logistics, and administration.
- Represent the CEO in meetings, communications, and interactions with partners, service providers, and senior staff.
- Draft, edit, and manage emails, messages, and documents on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and key materials for executive use.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline drafting, research, scheduling, and organization.
- Maintain a professional, polished presence as the public face of the company.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant to a senior leader in any industry.
- Strong background handling communications with external partners and senior internal teams.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing up and driving initiatives.
- Fluent Arabic speaker with extensive experience working in Saudi Arabia.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced startup and manufacturing environment.
