PMO Consultant - 12 Months Contract

About the role

We are seeking a PMO Consultant with a strong background in Business Analytics and Civil Engineering to support operational and strategic initiatives. The role involves data analysis, dashboard development, and performance optimization to drive efficiency and data‑driven decision‑making across projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support PMO governance, reporting, and performance tracking across projects.
• Monitor and track KPIs related to project delivery, timelines, and operational performance.
• Analyze project and operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and automate reporting processes.
• Identify efficiency improvements, cost‑optimization opportunities, and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, business, and leadership teams to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
• Contribute to strategy development, deliver structured recommendations, and support cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 7–10 years of experience, including consulting, PMO or project performance, business analytics, reporting/dashboard development, and operational or process improvement.
